Outstanding white wines of Tuscany
Brunello di Montalcino or Prugnolo Gentile – these names make the ears of international wine connoisseurs ring, because the great red wines of Tuscany are legend.
But also, the white wines of Tuscany do not have to hide, because especially in the south outstanding drops are pressed, such as Vermentino or the Cuvee Vivia from the winery Le Mortelle. Also interesting is the autochthonous grape variety Venaccia di San Gimignano, which grows only there around the city and has been cultivated for many centuries.
